About the Role
• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive growth within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, lead tender processes, and support the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, contractors, and key partners.
• Lead prospecting, client engagement, and presentations to secure contracts.
• Prepare and submit tenders and proposals via NIPEX and other platforms.
• Follow up on bids to ensure closure and contract awards.
• Track and report business development activities and market trends.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in Business Development within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong understanding of NIPEX processes and industry dynamics.
• Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close business deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
