We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. Developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for remote positions. Designing and delivering engaging training and development programs to foster employee growth and skill enhancement. Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and staying updated on best practices in HR. Administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity. Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements. Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement organizational change initiatives. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records. Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience is required, with a proven track record of success in generalist roles. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are paramount for this role. The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a remote setting is crucial. Proficiency in HRIS software and standard office productivity tools is expected.
