In partnership with our client, we are seeking a
Sales & Marketing Coordinator to serve as the boots-on-the-ground engine of a rapidly growing brand. You will be a pivotal strategic partner in bridging the gap between digital awareness and physical conversion, ensuring that our products don't just sit on a screen but move into the hands of our customers. In this role, you'll be the architect of our physical presence from building a high-energy affiliate network in universities and offices to orchestrating pop-up experiences that leave a lasting impression. Your Responsibilities...
Affiliate & Community Coordination
• You will identify, recruit, and manage a high-performing network of affiliates in universities, offices, and key community spaces.
• You will serve as the primary coach for these partners, providing them with the motivation and sales tactics needed to hit their targets.
• You will monitor affiliate performance daily, ensuring our brand is being represented authentically and effectively in every niche space.
Physical Sales & Pop-Up Management
• You will design and execute a calendar of frequent, high-impact physical activations and pop-up shops.
• You will handle the end-to-end logistics of every event, ensuring our physical setup is as premium and inviting as our digital storefront.
• You will lead the âon-the-floor" sales efforts, guiding customers through the value proposition and helping them complete their purchase journey.
Reporting & Digital Integration
• You will act as the bridge between the field and the office, reporting on digital performance metrics to ensure our online engine supports your physical efforts.
• You will provide constant feedback to the team on customer pain points and great deal opportunities discovered during live activations.
What Success Looks Like...
• Build and sustain an active affiliate program with measurable monthly sales contributions from at least 3 distinct sectors
• Execute consistent pop-up activations that meet a minimum 20% conversion rate of foot traffic to sales.
• Achieve 100% audit-ready event reporting, with clear data on customer acquisition costs and stock movement for every physical event.
• Maintain a Buzz factor, evidenced by a steady increase in localized brand awareness and repeat customers from activation zones.
To be considered for this role you should have...
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Field Sales, Activation Marketing, E-commerce, or a related role
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in E-commerce, Field Sales, or Activation Marketing.
• A track record of managing people, particularly remote or commission-based teams (affiliates/ambassadors).
• Excellent communication skills and the professional polish to represent the brand in corporate environments.
• The physical stamina and logistical mindset to manage frequent event setups.
