We are seeking results-driven Sales and Marketing Officers to lead revenue generation, partner development, customer satisfaction, and digital marketing strategy across our group of subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will own quarterly sales targets, drive partner acquisition and retention, implement robust SOPs, optimize marketing ROI, and build a high-performance sales and marketing team. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact across multiple subsidiaries.
• Achieve the quarterly inbound sales target
• Attain 100% client compliance with approved payment plans.
• Build and close mutually beneficial partnerships: identify 40 potential partners per month across the group, and close deals with 10 partners per month per subsidiary.
• Establish and execute an effective monthly marketing budget with measurable ROI.
• Maintain an 80% Customer Satisfaction rating (based on survey results).
• Identify and nurture performing realtors; develop a scalable realtor program.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive, aligned partnership strategy, including upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Launch robust outbound prospecting: 100 cold calls per marketing staff per day, 50 calls per existing staff per day; initiate bulk email and SMS campaigns.
• Develop and implement departmental SOPs and workflows to standardize operations.
• Maintain a 50% lead-to-sales conversion ratio month over month.
• Set monthly activity targets: 100 contacts, 60 leads, 15 sales; monitor progress against the plan.
• Increase A-rated Sales professionals by 20% year over year.
• Build and sustain a complete, high-performing marketing team, plan, and strategy.
• Implement Digital Marketing Lead to design and execute an aggressive online strategy leveraging all digital channels.
