• Achieve Managernent's Marketing and Sales goals and objectives in accordance with our Business Plan.
• Create Social Media Marketing strategies- campaigns including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules to achieve SIN 1.
• Ensure Brand consistency in our Social Media Marketing positioning by working with relevant internal and external teams/stakeholders.
• Grow and expand company social media presence on social media platforms, and grow our presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Instagram. LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp and Telegram,
• Ensure the circulation Of engaging written or graphic contents in the form Of e- newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
• Conduct market research as relevant and submit report to nunagement.

• Personal Qualities- Passionate and Self-Motivated Personality with exemplar business mindset and attention to details.
• ICT & Social Media skills- At least intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and excellent Social Media Marketing Must have active LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook accounts.
• Communication skills- Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Performance Evidence- Clear evidence Of achievements in Digital Marketing in past in last 3 years.
• Emotional Intelligence- High social and relationship management skills
Qualification md Experience
• First degree in any field 2/2 minimum. MBA with specialization in Marketing is an advantage.
• Experience- Minimum of 3 years experience in Social Media Marketing, one of which must be as Team Lead or Manager.
• Industry- Service EdTech, FinTech, Telecoms, Education, Insurance, etc.
• Compenedm- Industry competitive with performance-based commission.
