Project Manager with 5-7years of experience in Telecommunication Industry

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Track project performance using relevant tools and provide regular status reports to management.

Ensure projects comply with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and senior management.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
