Job Summary
• The HR Business Partner HRBP serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
• The role focuses on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and driving HR initiatives that improve business performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support them.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Support recruitment efforts and ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
• Advise managers on employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Monitor employee engagement and recommend improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
• Support change management initiatives across departments.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR or HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• HR certification e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI is an advantage.
