Media & Marketing Manager – Helicopter Charter Services
Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos
Salary: ₦1,000,000 – ₦1,200,000 NET + benefits
We are a leading provider of helicopter charter services supporting the offshore oil & gas sector across West Africa. Known for safety, reliability, and mission-critical performance, we are seeking a Media & Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth, brand visibility, and revenue in this highly specialized industry.
Role Overview
This is a dual-impact leadership role combining strategic marketing and business development. The ideal candidate will blend creative storytelling, data-driven marketing, and sophisticated sales negotiation to strengthen our brand and secure high-value business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Oversight
• Develop and implement an integrated marketing roadmap linking brand awareness to revenue generation.
• Manage all digital touchpoints (SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email) and optimize paid media spend for high ROAS.
• Allocate marketing budgets strategically to maximize brand equity and lead volume.
• Liaise across Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and brand consistency.
2. Business Development & Strategic Growth
• Identify, qualify, and close high-value business opportunities aligned with long-term goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with CEOs and Director-level executives in target sectors.
• Lead full sales cycles from lead generation to contract finalization.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to maintain a first-mover advantage.
• Maintain accurate, data-backed sales pipelines and forecasts for the MD and Group Chairman.
3. Content Strategy & Multimedia Production
• Maintain a unified brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
• Oversee content lifecycle, including:
• Social media: videos, reels, stories for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
• Editorial: whitepapers, blog posts, newsletters, press releases
• Multimedia: high-end photography and videography for corporate storytelling
• Pioneer innovative content formats such as podcasts or interactive infographics.
4. Community Engagement & Reputation Management
• Grow and nurture online communities to maintain a professional, responsive brand image.
• Collaborate with industry influencers to amplify reach.
• Monitor brand sentiment and address reputation risks proactively.
5. Data Analytics & Performance Reporting
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and social insights.
• Deliver monthly executive summaries highlighting KPIs, conversion rates, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
• Education: B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in Media, Marketing, or Business Development, with 3+ years in a management role.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value corporate deals.
• Expert-level knowledge of digital marketing tools and content production workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and lead cross-departmental projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
