Job Title: Independent Sales Manager ( STRONG CLOSER)

Job Location: Lagos Nigeria

Direct Reports: Sales Executives

Industry: Consulting ( Premium)

Role Summary

The Sales Manager is an independent agent, an elite closer who also builds, trains, and drives salea by working alongside a high-performing sales team. This role owns revenue delivery, sales discipline, closing ratios, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Personally close high-value and complex deals, including HNI and corporate transactions
• Review CRM dashboards (Zoho/HubSpot) to monitor lead quality, follow-ups, and conversions
• Enforce sales scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and brand tone
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaign feedback and lead optimisation
• Ensure compliance with pricing approvals, documentation, and internal processes

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years’ experience in Management or high-ticket sales
• Proven track record closing luxury or premium assets
• Strong coaching, leadership, and people management skills
• Solid understanding of funnels, pipelines, and CRM systems
• Confidence dealing with HNIs, diaspora clients, and corporate buyers

• High-performance commission
