Job Description
Join KPMG Nigeria’s Graduate Trainee Programme in Accounting Advisory Services to develop skills and contribute to impactful client engagements.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:
• Contribute to client engagements that influence critical decisions across industries
• Support leaders in navigating uncertainty, responding to disruption, and building future-ready organisations
• Develop commercial insight, structured problem-solving skills, and confidence in high-stakes environments
• Work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to complex business challenges

About You

The company is looking for:
• Graduates holding a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognised university
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics
• Under 28 years old at the time of application
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
• Chartered Accountant qualification - ACA, ACCA (strongly mandatory for AAS and IA&GRCS)
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Possess exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and similar applications
• Not taken the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months

Training & Development
• Participation in KPMG Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme with exposure to emerging practices and technologies
• Resume Training School in September 2026 ahead of the new financial year starting 1 October 2026
• Opportunity to work with experienced professionals and develop skills beyond the classroom
