MASTER SAM TECHCONS LIMITED, a leading solar company, is seeking a friendly and professional Sales Lead/ Customer support to join our team! You'll provide administrative support, handle front desk duties, and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and handle inquiries

- Manage phone calls and emails

- Client Retention and management

- handling inquiries, issue,and followup

Qualifications:

- OND or BSc in Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field

- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Friendly and professional
