Job Description
• We are seeking a Human Resource Assistant to manage our personnel and ensure timely data entry, analysis and reports.

Responsibilities
• Participating in recruiting exercises and storing employment agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
• Participating in onboarding activities
• Developing staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage of all branches
• Tracking staff performance
• Implementing HR strategies that support business objectives
• Directing training programs.
• Supporting the companies’ strategic objectives.
• Handling employee benefits and supporting employee developments

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Must demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Should be willing to work with the company long-term
• Should be able to work on some weekends and public holidays
• Working Days: 23 days a month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦300,000.00 per month
