Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to management and staff
• Manage correspondence, scheduling, and office documentation
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks
• Reconcile accounts and support month-end reporting
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience in administrative and/or accounting roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
