Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support:
• Assist in maintaining employee records and personnel files in both physical and electronic formats.
• Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing interview documentation.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new staff, including documentation and orientation coordination.
• Help update and maintain staff databases, attendance records, and leave trackers.
• Assist with staff training coordination and tracking training participation.
• Support the preparation and documentation of HR reports and performance management records.
• Ensure confidential handling of employee information.
Administrative Support:
• Provide general office administrative support to the HR and Admin department.
• Assist with filing, documentation, and record organization.
• Support the preparation of letters, memos, and internal communications.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, trainings, and staff activities.
• Help manage office supplies inventory and procurement requests.
• Support documentation required for compliance and regulatory audits.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field with 0-1 year experience
• Fresh graduates, NYSC members, or candidates seeking HR internship experience are encouraged to apply.
