Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital campaigns to drive customer engagement and generate leads. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and managing social media calendars, conducting web analytics, and executing online marketing strategies.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Online Marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC advertising, and email campaigns
• Solid understanding of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Ability to conduct Web Analytics to identify areas of opportunity and improvement
• Strong Communication skills to communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
• Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
• Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Create compelling content for our website, social media channels, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for our campaigns.
• Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and techniques to enhance our campaigns. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, PPC advertising, and SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights to optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging campaigns.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
