QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY:
• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in ANY MANAGEMENT OR SOCIAL SCIENCE RELATED COURSE .
• Minimum of Second Class Upper degree
• MUST have Certification in SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, IHRP or any other recognized Human Resource certification.
• Ability to interpret, manage personnel and steward organizational code of conduct.
• Administer Personnel Compensations and Benefits
• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
