Job Description
To drive sales growth by strengthening Castrol presence, optimizing route-to-market execution, and expanding strategic industrial accounts across assigned territories.
• Executing and optimizing route-to-market strategies to improve market coverage and channel efficiency
• Driving strong Castrol visibility and distributor effectiveness across key channels
• Managing and developing strategic accounts within general manufacturing, power, transport & logistics, and heavy industry segments
• Expanding market share through disciplined field execution and structured account management
• Strengthening technical-commercial collaboration to enhance customer value delivery
• Delivering agreed volume, revenue, and margin targets

The successful candidate will combine channel management expertise with industrial account development capability to ensure sustained commercial performance and competitive positioning.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience within the lubricants, chemicals, energy, or related industrial sectors
• Demonstrated hands-on experience within the functional area applied for
• Proven track record of delivering commercial growth, operational efficiency, and measurable performance outcomes
• Strong leadership capability, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management expertise
