Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Highly experienced and knowledgeable on transmission system operation and maintenance and inner workings of such a Transformer Workshop (Professionally Registered)
• Minimum of Twenty years experience
• Project management skills – Ability to direct and coordinate the work activities
• Demonstrated operational experience in a challenging environment.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
• Strong communication and leadership skills for interaction with technical employees in the work group, their peers, and internal and external customers
