New Age Integrations is a U.S.-based AI and business automation firm helping companies reduce costs and scale through automation.
We are expanding internationally and building a disciplined sales team.
This role requires both:
• Daily outbound prospecting
• Closing inbound marketing leads (earned privilege)
Performance Standards
Minimum Requirements:
• 50 outbound touches per day
• 1 closed deal per week target
• CRM tracking and reporting
• Participation in bi-weekly performance reviews
This is a hunter + closer position. Results matter.
Inbound Leads Are Earned
We generate inbound leads through paid ads.
To qualify for inbound lead distribution:
• 100 outbound touches completed
• 2 closed deals achieved
Top performers receive priority access to inbound calls.
Inbound leads = faster closes + higher earnings.
Compensation
• $50 USD monthly base (commitment retainer)
• Tier 1: $250 per closed deal
• Tier 2: $350 per closed deal
• Tier 3: $500 per closed deal
• No commission cap
High performers can earn $2,000–$5,000+ per month.
Income is performance-based.
Accountability Structure
Performance is reviewed every two weeks.
Sales reps who consistently hit targets grow.
Sales reps who do not meet activity or closing standards may be replaced.
