Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing sales channels, expanding market coverage, building strong distributor and retail relationships, and achieving revenue targets for assigned product categories.

This role requires strong field sales experience, market intelligence, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive consistent growth in a competitive FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Drive volume growth across Tomato Paste, Milk, and Sugar product lines.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
• Execute structured territory coverage plans.

2. Market Development
• Conduct regular market visits to expand product presence.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
• Develop strategies to increase product visibility and shelf share.
• Provide real-time market intelligence to management.

3. Distributor & Channel Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with agreed pricing and credit policies.
• Resolve trade-related issues promptly.

4. Sales Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track performance against targets and KPIs.
• Provide demand forecasts and market insights.

5. Brand & Promotion Execution
• Support trade marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure proper merchandising and product positioning.
• Coordinate activations where necessary.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in FMCG sales (Tomato Paste, Milk, Sugar, or similar fast-moving products required).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of distribution channels and retail dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and in the field.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Must be target-driven and commercially focused.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
