Role Description
• We are seeking a full-time Secondary Home Economics Teacher for an on-site role at our Oshogbo campus. The teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging and effective lessons in Home Economics to secondary school students. Responsibilities include creating detailed lesson plans, assessing student progress through assignments and tests, and providing guidance to foster students' practical skills in the subject. Collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and maintaining high academic standards are also essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Business Economics and Economics
• Proven experience with Lesson Planning and Teaching
• Sound understanding of modern pedagogical approaches in Education
• Ability to engage students in practical and theoretical learning
• Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics, Education, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
