Job Summary
Our client, a Real Estate company based in Ikoyi, Lagos, is currently in need of a Marketing and Communications Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing, branding, and communications strategies across the company’s real estate portfolio. This includes residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, or mixed-use developments. The role supports project launches, leasing and sales campaigns, brand positioning, corporate communications, digital presence, and stakeholder engagement. The position ensures that each development is effectively positioned in the market to maximize visibility, demand generation, and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement portfolio-wide marketing strategies aligned with commercial and development objectives.
• Create project-specific marketing plans for launches, leasing, and sales phases.
• Define target audience segments and positioning strategies.
• Establish annual marketing budgets and monitor ROI.
2. Project Launch & Sales Campaigns
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new developments.
• Coordinate branding, naming, and identity creation for projects.
• Manage sales center setup, brochures, CGI production, and promotional materials.
• Develop lead generation strategies in collaboration with sales teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics.
3. Brand Management
• Maintain and strengthen corporate and project brand identity.
• Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Develop brand guidelines and oversee implementation.
• Position the company as a trusted, high-quality real estate developer.
4. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
• Oversee website development and project microsites.
• Manage social media strategy and content calendar.
• Lead paid advertising campaigns (Google, social media, property portals).
• Track analytics and digital performance metrics.
• Implement CRM-driven lead tracking and nurturing processes.
5. Public Relations & Communications
• Develop corporate communication strategies.
• Manage media relations, press releases, and PR events.
• Coordinate announcements for project launches, milestones, and partnerships.
• Prepare executive speeches, presentations, and public statements.
• Oversee crisis communication planning where required.
6. Stakeholder & Community Engagement
• Coordinate communications with investors, buyers, tenants, and partners.
• Support community engagement initiatives during development phases.
• Collaborate with Development and Projects teams for milestone communications.
• Ensure regulatory and authority communications are aligned with brand messaging.
7. Budget & Vendor Management
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, PR firms, designers, and production companies.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee supplier performance.
• Control marketing expenditure within approved budgets.
• Measure marketing ROI and report performance metrics.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven years of strong experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
• Proven track record managing real estate project launches.
• Strong digital marketing and campaign management expertise.
• Experience managing agencies and external vendors.
