Purpose Statement
Yum is looking for an Event Sales Executive that will be responsible for selling the restaurant’s event and catering services for weddings, parties, corporate events, and special occasions. This role manages client inquiries, prepares proposals, and supports successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Sales & Client Engagement
• Respond to event inquiries from individuals, companies, and event planners
• Promote event catering packages and customized menus
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Follow up with clients to close bookings
Coordination & Execution Support
• Liaise with kitchen and operations teams to communicate event requirements
• Assist with event planning details such as menu selection, timelines, and logistics
• Support on-site coordination when required
Reporting & Performance
• Achieve monthly event booking and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client details
• Collect client feedback after events to support service improvement
Requirements
• BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Event Management
• 3 years experience in event sales, hospitality, or catering
• Experience working with event planners is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused with attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Pay: ₦4,800,000.00 - ₦6,000,000.00 per year
