We are building a pipeline of high-quality accounting professionals with solid experience in retail or similar structured environments.
If you understand inventory movement, daily sales reconciliation, margins, and financial controls, this is for you.
We are considering candidates across the following :
Mid-Level Accountants (4–6 Years Experience)
• Solid experience in retail accounting or high-volume transaction environments
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and cost control
• Experience with monthly reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
• Ability to monitor margins and flag financial irregularities
• Comfortable working with ERP or accounting systems
• Ideal for professionals who can manage accounts independently and support business decisions with data.
Senior Accountants / Finance Leads (7+ Years Experience)
• Proven experience managing full accounting functions in retail or multi-branch environments
• Strong financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management skills
• Deep understanding of stock valuation, shrinkage control, and cost optimization
• Experience supervising junior team members
• Ability to provide financial insight to management and support strategic decisions
