Resposibilities
• The Contract Staff will support daily banking operations across assigned departments including Relationship Management, Credit & Collections, Compliance, and Customer Service.
• The role involves assiting in customer relationship management, loan monitoring, regulatory compliance, and providing excellet cusomer support to ensure smooth banking operations and customer satisfaction.
• Kindly note that the contract is renewable after 12 months based on performance.
General Requirements
• Minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree from a prestigious higher institution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Basic computer proficency.
