The Opportunity

We are a fast-growing EdTech startup launching a comprehensive digital learning platform. We are looking for a seasoned, high-energy Project Manager to take full ownership of the end-to-end execution of Projects.

This isn't a role for a "task-checker" we need a strategic operator who can manage technical partners, creative teams, and academic stakeholders simultaneously. If you thrive in the "zero-to-one" phase of a startup and can lead a project single handedly from development to market launch, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the full project lifecycle across Tech Development, Content Creation, and Video Production.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between the Tech Partners, the Content Team, and the Creative Post-Production team.
• Timeline & Quality Control: Ensure the content production goal is met on schedule while maintaining strict micro-learning quality standards.
• Resource Coordination: Manage weekly production cycles (Mon-Sun) and ensure seamless handovers between academic reviewers and video editors.
• Launch Strategy: Collaborate on the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, including beta testing with school networks and B2B/B2C rollout.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor project spend and operational expenses to ensure efficiency and transparency.

Who You Are
• The Self-Starter: You don’t wait for instructions. You identify bottlenecks before they happen and solve them independently.
• The Experienced Leader: You have at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably within Tech, Education, or Media Production.
• The Lagos Native: You are currently based in Lagos and understand the local business landscape and operational nuances.
• The Communicator: You can speak "Tech" with developers, "Pedagogy" with teachers, and "Business" with investors.
• Tools Savvy: Expert at using PM tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com) to track complex workflows.

Requirements
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects ($20k+ budget range) from inception to launch.
• Experience in a startup environment is a significant advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) are preferred but secondary to proven "on-the-ground" experience.

How to Apply
• Application Deadline: 13th March, 2026
