Job Description
Responsibilties
• Develop and implement long-term brand strategy aligned with corporate vision.
• Define brand identity, positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
• Ensure consistency of brand communication across all platforms and projects.
• Monitor brand perception and manage brand equity.
• Develop annual marketing plans and budgets.
• Design integrated marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify new market opportunities and growth segments.
• Oversee digital marketing channels website, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing.
• Manage online lead generation strategies and performance marketing campaigns.
• Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Track and analyze campaign ROI and performance metrics.
• Lead the development of advertising creatives and campaign concepts.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners.
• Ensure timely launch and execution of campaigns.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Align marketing efforts with sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Support sales teams with marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and project branding.
• Work closely with project development and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Build, mentor, and lead the marketing team.
• Define KPIs and performance objectives for team members.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
• Foster innovation and creativity within the department.
• Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications
• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 10 years experience.
