Job Summary
• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with extensive experience in land marketing, buying, and selling of properties.
• The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in marketing and sales, particularly in the real estate sector, with a strong track record of successfully marketing land properties, generating leads, and closing deals.
• The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive land sales, increase brand visibility, and expand the company’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote and sell land and real estate properties.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads for land sales.
• Manage the buying and selling process of land, including negotiations and closing transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and real estate agents.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms social media, advertisements, site inspections, etc..
• Lead and supervise the marketing and sales team to achieve set targets.
• Organize property presentations, inspections, and promotional events for potential buyers.
• Prepare and present sales reports, marketing performance reports, and market analysis to management.
• Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in land or real estate marketing.
• Strong knowledge of land acquisition, property sales, and real estate marketing strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop marketing plans and drive sales growth.
• Strong network of clients, investors, and real estate contacts is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and real estate promotion platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
