Responsibilities:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing skincare products. Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight generation for the skincare category. Collaborate with R&D and Product Development teams on product innovation and roadmap planning. Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Digital, PR, Creative) to ensure successful product launches. Manage product launch timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor and analyze product performance, sales data, and market trends to inform strategy. Develop sales enablement materials and training for the sales team. Oversee promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive demand and brand awareness. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on the skincare or beauty industry. Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful consumer products. In-depth knowledge of the beauty and wellness market, consumer trends, and competitive landscape. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills. Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
