Job Description
To define the strategy for the Energy & Infrastructure Sector in BCB Nigeria in terms of risk appetite, business focus and target market. To act as a Subject Matter Expert in the Energy & Infrastructure sector and to provide sector expertise that enables the Business & Commercial Banking relationship managers to deliver the desired financial performance for the sector. To grow profitability and balance sheet of the Energy & Infrastructure Sector (i.e. grow the market share, share of wallet of customers’ business and ultimately the headline earnings of the sector).
Qualifications
First degree in Geosciences, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Economics or any related field
Minimum of Relationship management experience of at least 7-10 years in Energy & Infrastructure
Minimum of 10 years in Business & Commercial Banking experience that spans across relationship banking.
Experience in the Energy & Infrastructure sector is critical.
Experience in applying bank risk management framework as it pertains to servicing customers
