Job Description
Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
• Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new clients and
expand market reach.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities,
trends, and competitor activities
• Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and
feasibility reports
• Drive expansion plans for all branches across states
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, cold
outreach, and partnerships
• Manage and grow key customer accounts.
• Ensure excellent customer experience to drive customer retention
Revenue
& Performance Management:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and
annual revenue targets
• Track performance metrics and prepare
weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Collaborate with marketing to design
campaigns that support business growth
• Team collaboration:
• Coordinate with branch managers,
sales teams, and senior management to execute business goals.
• Support recruitment, training, and
performance monitoring of business development officers.
Requirements:
• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Business
Administration, Marketing, Economics, Estate Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in
Business Development, Sales, or Real Estate (mandatory for senior role).
• Strong communication, negotiation,
and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and
meet revenue targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and
Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and reporting
skills.
• Must be self-driven and strategic
with excellent leadership ability.
• Willingness to travel across branches
when necessary
• Strong business development and
revenue-driving skills
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian
real estate market
• Ability to identify new business opportunities
• Lead generation and conversion skills
• Proposal writing and presentation
skills
• Market research and data analysis
• Customer relationship management
