Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive who will play a critical role in driving people operations, strengthening workplace culture, and supporting business growth through effective HR practices.
This role requires someone who is structured, people-focused, and able to balance operational efficiency with employee experience. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive work culture
Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Handle employee relations matters, including queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes
Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback cycles
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate training and development initiatives across teams
Support payroll processes and benefits administration (HMO, leave, etc.)
Provide HR insights and reports to support decision-making
Requirements
3–5 years proven experience in a Human Resource role
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems
