As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Marketing & Online Presence Coordinator to help strengthen our digital visibility, online reputation, and marketing operations.
Role Overview
The Marketing & Online Presence Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the company’s digital marketing efforts, maintaining our online presence, and assisting with various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, digitally savvy, and comfortable managing multiple marketing tasks in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Online Presence & Reputation Management
• Manage and maintain Google Business Profile listings across multiple service locations
• Ensure listings remain optimized, updated, and active with posts and media
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews across Google, Yelp, and other relevant platforms
• Conduct outreach to past clients or partners to gather feedback and encourage online reviews
SEO & Website Support
• Support keyword research and on-page SEO optimization for the company website
• Implement basic WordPress website updates, content edits, and page adjustments
• Assist with tracking organic search performance and website traffic metrics
Marketing Coordination
• Support the Brand Manager with research, content drafting, and campaign coordination
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and digital initiatives
• Maintain organized documentation and marketing activity reports
Communication & Reporting
• Submit daily progress updates summarizing tasks completed and ongoing priorities
• Participate in weekly virtual meetings with the marketing team
• Engage in onboarding and brand alignment sessions to maintain consistency in messaging
Qualifications
• A minimum of a 4-year college degree is required
• Experience managing Google Business Profiles or local listings for businesses
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research
• Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Experience handling online reputation management and review responses
• Strong written communication skills with a professional tone
• Confident verbal communication skills for client or partner interactions
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar marketing tools
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
