Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in
Telegram and Twitter (X) advertising and campaign management. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic
campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
This role requires someone who understands audience targeting, campaign analytics,
and growth strategies, particularly within Telegram communities and Twitter/X
advertising ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage high-performing advertising campaigns on
Twitter (X) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Develop and execute Telegram growth campaigns, including community
growth strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and optimize ad performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPA,
engagement rate, and conversions.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising
spend.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and audience segments to
improve campaign performance.
Track and analyze campaign results, providing weekly and monthly
performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
Strong experience running Twitter (X) ads and managing Telegram marketing
campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns and grow online communities.
Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance tracking
