• *Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, allowing for a combination of on-site work and remote flexibility.
The Project Office
Manager will oversee administrative support, ensure effective office operations, and assist with project coordination.
Responsibilities include managing office equipment, handling client and partner communications, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring organizational efficiency in alignment with business goals.
• *Qualifications**
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, partners, and team members.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, planning, and file management.
• Experience in managing and maintaining Office Equipment to support smooth operational workflows.
• Customer Service expertise to ensure positive interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Office Administration capabilities, including organization, multitasking, and prioritizing responsibilities.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
