Job Description
We are looking for a Growth Marketing and Sales Manager who can take full ownership of our revenue pipeline. This role is highly sales-focused and requires someone who can generate leads through paid and organic channels, engage prospects, and drive conversions through to close.
You will be responsible for managing media buying, optimizing campaigns, and actively converting leads into paying customers. This is not a passive marketing role, we need someone hands-on who can directly impact revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute growth strategies focused on revenue generation
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and others
• Build and maintain a strong lead generation pipeline
• Actively engage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and other channels
• Qualify prospects and move them through the sales funnel
• Close deals and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
• Track campaign performance and optimize for cost per lead and conversion rates
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, offers, and positioning
• Develop and test new growth channels and acquisition strategies
Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or sales-driven roles
• Strong experience with media buying and campaign optimization
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
• Comfortable handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance and make informed decisions
• Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
