Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager position located in Port Harcourt.
The Account
Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality banking services. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring account activity, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to offer tailored financial solutions. The role requires working closely with clients to build trust, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure alignment with the bank's objectives.
Qualifications Proven knowledge and skills in Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Client Retention
Strong Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Problem-Solving
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Ability to identify opportunities and execute strategies to grow account portfolios
Relevant work experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required; a Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage
