Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Thinking & Planning:
• Ability to develop long-term brand and marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Brand Management:

• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.

Digital Marketing Expertise:
• Proficiency in digital channels SEO, social media, email marketing, PPC
• Understanding of content marketing and online customer journeys
• Data-driven campaign management.

Creativity & Innovation:
• Ability to develop compelling campaigns and brand stories
• Innovative thinking to differentiate the brand in competitive markets
• Strong sense of design, messaging, and customer appeal.

Data Analysis & Performance Measurement:
• Ability to interpret marketing analytics and KPIs
• Measuring ROI on campaigns
• Using data to optimize strategies and improve performance.

Communication & Presentation Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Stakeholder management internal teams, clients, partners
• Ability to present ideas and strategies clearly to executives.

Customer-Centric Mindset:

Requirements
• Qualification: Tertiary Degree of minimum BSc. An MBA will be an added Advantage
• Length of Experience: 10 Years and Above
• Type of Experience: Expert in Integrated marketing communication and branding in the Automobile, FMCG, Advertising Agency, or Multinational Enterprise.
