Job Summary
• The Customer Service Officer is responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing leads, and converting them into sales.
• This is a strictly office-based role with a strong emphasis on achieving monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Manage assigned leads and follow through to conversion
• Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities
• Achieve a minimum of 3 sales targets monthly
• Maintain a high lead-to-sales conversion rate
• Provide accurate information on products/services to customers
• Handle complaints and ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions
• Follow up consistently with prospects to close sales
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
Key Performance Focus
• Strict focus on meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets minimum of 3 deals
• Strong emphasis on lead generation to sales conversion
• Ability to close sales consistently from inbound and assigned leads

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 – 7 years experience in customer service and/or sales roles
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience in handling leads and converting them into sales.
