• *Job Summary**
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven **Construction Project Manager / Chief Technical Officer (CTO)** to oversee all technical and project execution functions within the organization. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from inception to completion, while providing strategic technical leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, while also driving innovation and operational efficiency across all construction activities.
• *Key Responsibilities**
· Provide overall leadership and direction for all construction and technical operations.
· Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from design through to completion.
· Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
· Supervise site engineers, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
· Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
· Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
· Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to executive management.
· Manage project risks and resolve technical and operational issues proactively.
· Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and contractor services.
· Drive cost control initiatives and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
· Establish and enforce quality assurance and quality control standards across all projects.
· Liaise with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
· Lead the adoption of innovative construction methods, technologies, and best practices.
· Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all projects.
· Support business development efforts with technical input for bids and proposals.
• *Qualifications**
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
· A Master’s degree in a relevant field or an MBA is an added advantage.
· Minimum of **10–12 years’ experience** in construction project management, with **3–5 years in a senior leadership role**.
· Professional certification (e.g., COREN, PMP, NSE membership) is highly desirable.
· Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects.
· Strong knowledge of Nigerian construction regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).

Pay: ₦900,000.00 - ₦1,000,000.00 per month
