Job Summary
• We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales and Client Relations Officer to join our growing fashion brand.
• This role is responsible for driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience across both in-store and digital platforms.

Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement:
• Deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience that drives sales and customer satisfaction.
• Manage walk-in clients, assist with fittings, and provide personalized styling advice.
• Conduct client follow-ups to nurture relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Client Relations & Retention:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Support personal styling services and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
• Implement effective clienteling strategies to deliver a bespoke shopping experience.
• Collect, manage, and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Stock & Store Presentation:
• Ensure stock is well-organized, accurately updated, and visually appealing both in-store and online.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand aesthetics.
Wholesale & Retail Partnerships:
• Proactively pitch the brand to high-end retailers and buyers via LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail buyers and support wholesale account management.
• Assist with wholesale order coordination and fulfillment.
CRM & Omnichannel Sales:
• Manage CRM tools to track customer data, preferences, and purchase history.
• Develop and execute customer retention strategies to strengthen brand loyalty.
• Analyze customer buying behavior to support targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the online sales team to ensure seamless omnichannel integration and customer experience.
Requirements
• 3-4 years of proven experience in luxury fashion retail, sales, or client relations.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of driving revenue and customer loyalty.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and preparing sales reports.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
