Job Summary
The Area Sales OfficerASO will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence within the assigned territories. The role involves leading a team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales plans, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and key customers, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across the designated regions.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, telecommunications, or consumer goods.
• Proven experience in territory management and sales team supervision.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of the assigned regional markets in Nigeria.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
