Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable E-Learning Teacher / Trainer / Instructor to design, deliver, and manage engaging online learning experiences for students and professionals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality digital learning content, facilitating virtual training sessions, and ensuring learners achieve measurable outcomes.
This role requires a blend of teaching expertise, digital skills, and learner engagement strategies to support effective online education.
Key Responsibilities1. Course Development & Content Creation
• Design and develop structured e-learning courses aligned with curriculum goals
• Create engaging learning materials including:
• Video lessons
• Slide presentations
• Assignments and quizzes
• Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand content
• Continuously update course materials to reflect industry trends
2. Virtual Teaching & Facilitation
• Deliver live or recorded online training sessions
• Facilitate interactive classes using digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms)
• Encourage active participation and engagement among learners
• Provide clear explanations and real-life applications
3. Learner Support & Engagement
• Respond to student questions and provide timely support
• Monitor learner progress and performance
• Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments
• Motivate learners to complete courses successfully
4. Assessment & Evaluation
• Develop quizzes, tests, and practical assignments
• Evaluate student performance and provide grading
• Track learning outcomes and completion rates
• Identify areas where learners need additional support
5. LMS Management
• Upload and manage course content on the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Ensure courses are well-structured and user-friendly
• Monitor course analytics and learner activity
• Optimize courses for better engagement and completion
6. Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated with e-learning trends and tools
• Improve teaching methods based on learner feedback
• Incorporate multimedia and interactive learning techniques
• Collaborate with content and technical teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, IT, or related field preferred)
• Proven experience in teaching, training, or online instruction
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Infix LMS, Teachable, Thinkific)
• Basic knowledge of digital tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, Canva, PowerPoint)
• Ability to create engaging and structured learning content
• Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)
• Experience in instructional design or curriculum development
• Certification in teaching, training, or e-learning
• Knowledge of video recording/editing tools
• Experience in business, digital skills, or vocational training
