Job Title: Marketing & Communications Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Work mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Salary: NGN400,000 - NGN500,000
Our client is a Project/Product Management company that specialises in building dynamic products to service both the public and private sectors. The Marketing & Communications Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand communications, and digital engagement initiatives. The role requires a professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
Core Responsibilities:
1.
Marketing
Strategy & Campaign Execution
• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Assist in planning product or service launches and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
2. Content & Brand Communications
• Develop compelling content for websites, newsletters, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Coordinate the development of marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
3.
Digital
Marketing
• Manage and update company social media platforms and digital communication channels.
• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns including email marketing and social media promotions.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
4.
Public
Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
• Support media relations, press releases, and corporate announcements.
• Assist in managing external communications with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication activities for events, campaigns, and partnerships.
5.
Market
Research & Insights
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Gather customer insights to support marketing and product positioning strategies.
6. Events & Brand Visibility
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events, activations, and promotional activities.
• Ensure brand presence and visibility at industry events and engagements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management.
• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and content development.
• Experience working with social media management and analytics tools is an advantage.

Working Hours:
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Regular working hours (8AM- 5PM) on business days - More hours may be required depending on business demands
