• Collaborate with HRBP Operations to ensure fulfillment of budgeted headcount for every Financial
Year.
Ÿ Manage end-to-end employment life cycle of outsourced workers (i.e. on boarding, attendance,
performance reviews, disciplinary procedure, work tools, uniforms, payroll and off boarding).
Ÿ Serves as the contact person for all HR service providers.
Ÿ
Monitors effectiveness of service providers and ensure performance aligns with their Service Level
Agreement (“SLA”); including compliance with statutory requirements.
Ÿ Ensures Service Level Agreement is updated/and or renewed as at when due.
Ÿ Collaborate with Labour providers to ensure availability of manpower to meet production
requirements.
Ÿ Collaborate with Labour Providers to ensure Goal setting, Mid-Year and End of Year review exercise
of contract workers and present summary report to HRBP Operations.
Ÿ Participate in the development and continuous update of key company information like Employee
handbook, Human resources Manual, Job description, HR Projects, etc.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
ŸHolds BSc or HND in Social Science or Arts.
ŸMinimum five (5) Years relevant experience.
ŸMembership of a Professional Body (preferably, CIPMN).
ŸGood knowledge of MS Office packages.
ŸGood experience managing outsourced labour providers.
ŸGood understanding of manpower planning to support production activities.
