Job Summary
• We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily construction activities in line with project drawings and specifications
• Review technical drawings and ensure accurate interpretation and execution on-site
• Develop and monitor project schedules, track progress, and address delays proactively
• Allocate tasks to site teams and provide technical and safety guidance
• Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards
• Enforce health and safety regulations and identify potential risks
• Maintain site records, daily logs, and project reports
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve on-site issues.
Requirements
• Degree / HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related fields
• 10 - 15 years proven experience in construction project management or site supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and quality standards
• Ability to manage multiple teams and meet project deadlines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
