About the Role The Finance & Accounting Manager will oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. This role is a strategic partner to senior leadership, supporting business growth through insightful financial analysis and strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, month-end close)
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (GAAP compliant)
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Manage internal and external audits and act as the primary liaison
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
• Lead budgeting and financial forecasting processes
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members
What We’re Looking For
• Active
CPA certification (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
(Master’s is a plus)
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Nice to Have
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Industry-specific experience
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
