We are looking for a strong, hands-on HR professional to support and manage people operations and performance. This is a hybrid role, and an immediate hire. In this role, you will function as the HR account manager for the client — taking ownership of recruitment, staff structure, and performance across locations, and ensuring employees are working, accountable, and contributing to business results.
What You Will Be Responsible For: Developing and Implementing effective performance systems (KPIs, reporting, accountability) Following up with branch teams to ensure staff are actually working and meeting expectations Handling real staff issues — discipline, poor performance, structure gaps Supporting the business to improve productivity through its people (not just HR processes) Providing clear updates and reports on staff performance and gaps Take ownership and deliver without constant supervision Driving recruitment and hiring the right people
