PCCN Energy Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to support onsite HR functions in Benin City. The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, compliance with labour laws, and effective employee management within a structured work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures onsite.
• Manage employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and staff welfare coordination.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations matters and escalate where necessary.
• Support performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years HR experience, preferably in construction or oil & gas.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience working in an onsite or field-based environment is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
