Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Brand Coordinator with FMCG experience to support brand growth, drive product visibility, and execute marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must understand FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and brand positioning within competitive retail environments. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (online and offline) Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities Support trade marketing initiatives, including in-store activations and merchandising Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and content creation Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports Maintain marketing materials, brand assets, and product information Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in FMCG marketing/brand management (mandatory) Strong understanding of brand management and consumer insights Experience with trade marketing and retail activation Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Strong analytical and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₦350,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
